Participants are asked to register before August 20^th, 2022 via online registration platform [http://confer.maich.gr/registrations/182EAAE]

Registration is open to co-authors, attendants and accompanying persons.

NB: All participants must be EAAE members.

Participation fees

Participation fees have been set at 220 EUR, if you register before 30^th July 2022, and 270 EUR if you register after this date.

Early bird registration (before July 30^th, 2022):
the fees for EAAE members have been set at €220, and for students €150.

Registration after July 30^th, 2022:
participation fee is €270, and €180 for students.

Registration fees for Accompanying Persons have been set at €100.

The participation fees include: Attendance to the conference, badges, coffee breaks, 2 light lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner.

Participants of an EAAE seminar must be members of the EAAE at the time of registration for the seminar. For those who are not yet members, the EAAE membership fee for the 2022-2024 period is €150. This amount is to be paid in advance of registration to the 182 EAAE seminar, and only via the EAAE website, https://eaae.org/Membership.aspx.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation is confirmed by August 31st, 2022, fees will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of 50 EUR. Only written cancellation by e-mail will be accepted for refund purposes. In the case where the candidate has omitted to inform us of the cancellation, no fees will be refunded. Please note that after this date no refund will be given.
